Matthew 24:3 (NKJV)
(Mark 13:3–13; Luke 21:7–19)
"Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying,
“Tell us, when will these things be?
And what will be the sign of Your coming,
and of the end of the age?”
The disciples asked the Lord three basic questions. And as always, when the disciples ask questions, the Lord gives the answer that they need to know.
Now remember. The disciples, in verse 1, were trying to impress the Lord with the beautiful buildings of the Temple. Then the Lord told them that this Temple will be destroyed.
According to the Jewish lunar calendar, the Lord was crucified in AD 33. The Temple was destroyed 37 years later in AD 70 by Titus and the Romans. By this time, only one disciple of the Lamb remained. John. He's the only original apostle of the Lamb to die a natural death.
So it's quite conceivable that John had heard about the destruction of the Temple.
In detail, the Lord begins to explain to them the timeline of His return but He does so by laying clear signs that can't be missed.
But let's get one thing straight.
No one knows the day or the hour that the Son of Man returns. Only the Father knows that day.
Matthew 24:36 (NKJV) “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only."
So since the Father is the only One that knows that day, it's foolish to guess.
It's not foolish to read the signs but to sit there and to guess and declare the day, week, month, or year, is plain foolish. Don't listen to them for one second.
How come you know and the Lord Jesus doesn't know?
Let's read the signs.
In Matthew 24:4 is the first set of signs.
The beginning of sorrows or birth pangs.
Contractions in a pregnant woman get worse and worse before a child is birthed. The intensity of the pain becomes unbearable. So it is with these signs. Climate change enthusists even know that something unusual is happening.
That natural conditions are intensifying. It's getting worse and worse. But on the other hand, even before records, the intensity of certain events were just as powerful.
Nonetheless, we're seeing things that's happening on an unprecedented scale.
So let's look at 7 things that's clear, unmistakable signs.
False Prophets. False Christs.
Wars & rumors of wars, nation rising against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
Famines, pestilences, earthquakes in various places.
Offense, betrayal and hatred.
Many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
Lawlessness, love of many growing cold.
This gospel of the kingdom being preached in all the world as a witness to the nations, and then the end will come.
To avoid inudation of the events yet to come, for now in this blog, just focus on these 7 things that's called "The Beginning Of Sorrows."
What false prophets, and false Christs have you seen or heard?

How about wars and rumors of war, nation rising against nation and kingdom against kingdom? Gaza, Syria, Iran, China, Ukraine, and Russia, just to name a few.
If you came across any of these wars, you've just seen a sign.
How about famines, pestilences (covid), earthquakes (Turkey, Iceland, San Francisco, Morocco)? You've just seen a sign.
How about offense, betrayal, hatred? Hatred of Trump or Biden, Democrats or Republicans, or Christians being shot in schools and churches, Antifa, or BLM. You've just seen a sign.
How about false prophets? Like Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn, Bill Johnson, Carlton Pearson, Joyce Meyers, TD Jakes, Ted Haggard, Steven Furtick, Jessie Duplantis, just to name a few.
You've just seen a sign.
How about lawlessness? Defund the police. Prosecute the righteous and allow the criminals to go free. No bail. Smoking weed. Judges releasing criminals with no bail. Gang robbing stores with no arrests. Penalize the police. Christians that refuse to do service to celebrate homosexuality are penalized and jailed. Homosexuals can marry and pastors are arrested for preaching the truth against homosexuality.
Street preachers. The ones that you see on YouTube are just a drop in the bucket compared to the ones we don't see that's sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.
You've just seen a sign.
These signs are clear as day. You can't ignore them.
Just like when you're driving on the freeway and you're looking for a sign so you won't miss the exit.
Folks. The signs are there and they can't be ignored.
