The Intifada On American College Campuses

The meaning.From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia...

An intifada (Arabic: انتفاضة intifāḍah) is a rebellion or uprising, or a resistance movement. It is a key concept in contemporary Arabic usage referring to an uprising against oppression.[1][better source needed] In the Israeli-Palestinian conflict context, it refers to uprising or opposition by the Palestinian people to the Israeli occupation, characteristically involving violent resistance, and also sometimes involving nonviolent methods of resistance.[2][3][4]

Etymology

Intifada is an Arabic word literally meaning, as a noun, "tremor", "shivering", "shuddering".[5][6] It is derived from an Arabic term nafada meaning "to shake", "shake off", "get rid of",[5][7] as a dog might shrug off water, or as one might shake off sleep,[8] or dirt from one's sandals.[9]

First, you can't accuse Israel of being an occupation nation or force.

Genesis 12:1-3 (NKJV)

"Now the LORD had said to Abram:

“Get out of your country,

From your family

And from your father’s house,

To a land that I will show you.

I will make you a great nation;

I will bless you

And make your name great;

And you shall be a blessing.

I will bless those who bless you,

And I will curse him who curses you;

And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Genesis 15:18-21 (NKJV)

"On the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying:

“To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates— the Kenites, the Kenezzites, the Kadmonites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Rephaim, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.”

There's no evidence of the Arabs being in the land of Israel before the Canaanites.

As a side note, Canaan is a descendant of Ham. Dare to look up the definition of Ham and it may shock some of you (see Genesis 6 and 10).

For the last few decades, excavation after excavation has uncovered more indisputable evidence of the nation of Israel being in the land after the Canaanites, the Jebusites, the Hittites, and other descendants were expelled from the land. Now why were the Canaanites expelled from the land?

Deuteronomy 7:1-11 (NKJV) “When the LORD your God brings you into the land which you go to possess, and has cast out many nations before you, the Hittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Canaanites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you, and when the LORD your God delivers them over to you, you shall conquer them and utterly destroy them.

You shall make no covenant with them nor show mercy to them. Nor shall you make marriages with them. You shall not give your daughter to their son, nor take their daughter for your son.

For they will turn your sons away from following Me, to serve other gods; so the anger of the LORD will be aroused against you and destroy you suddenly. But thus you shall deal with them: you shall destroy their altars, and break down their sacred pillars, and cut down their wooden images, and burn their carved images with fire.

“For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth. The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples;

but because the LORD loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

“Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;

and He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him; He will repay him to his face. Therefore you shall keep the commandment, the statutes, and the judgments which I command you today, to observe them."

These 7 nations were idolatrous, sexually immoral, and baby killing nations. By their idolatrous acts, it underscores their hatred of God.

Much like today. John 15:18-25 (NKJV) “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Remember the word that I said to you, A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin;

but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law,

They hated Me without a cause.’

They were being judged for their sins.

But before we get into the history (just a little) of the time when Israel was expelled from the promised land to its return, the land and city of Jerusalem is the most contested land on earth.

Bible prophesy is accurate. No other book in the world comes close to telling us beforehand what's going to happen.

The prophet Zechariah was a contemporary of Daniel.

Both of their books were probably written around 520 BC.

Zechariah 12:1-3 (NKJV) "The burden of the word of the LORD against Israel. Thus says the LORD, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it."

The Lord Jesus confirmed Zechariah's prophesy and warned us of what will happen to Jerusalem.

Luke 21:20-24 (NKJV) “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her.

For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.

And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled."

I've mentioned that Daniel was a contemporary (living or occurring at the same time) of Zechariah.

Here's what Daniel received as a vision.

Daniel 12:1-3 (NKJV) “At that time Michael shall stand up,

The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people;

And there shall be a time of trouble,

Such as never was since there was a nation,

Even to that time.

And at that time your people shall be delivered,

Every one who is found written in the book."

This is yet to occur.

The current antisemitism that's happening is just one of many building blocks of anti-Jewish activities that will lead the world to the final climatic conclusion called the Revelation of Jesus Christ, commonly known as the Apocalypse.

The word "apocalypse" means "revelation."

After AD 70 when the Jewish Temple (Herod's Temple) was completely destroyed by Titus and the Romans, the Jews were systematically expelled from the land.

But true to God's Word, the Lord caused the Jews to return to the land that the Lord gave their fathers, Abraham, Issac, and Jacob.

Jeremiah 30:1-3 (NKJV) "The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, “Thus speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying: ‘Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you.

For behold, the days are coming,’ says the LORD, ‘that I will bring back from captivity My people Israel and Judah,’ says the LORD. And I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.’”

But the Lord also showed Jeremiah what the end of Israel will be after Israel has returned to the land as the Lord had promised. Jeremiah 30:4-7 (NKJV)

"Now these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and Judah.

“For thus says the LORD:

‘We have heard a voice of trembling,

Of fear, and not of peace.

Ask now, and see,

Whether a man is ever in labor with child?

So why do I see every man with his hands on his loins

Like a woman in labor,

And all faces turned pale?

Alas! For that day is great,

So that none is like it;

And it is the time of Jacob’s trouble,

But he shall be saved out of it."

During the time around the Assyrian captivity before the 70 year Babylonian captivity, Isaiah prophesied......

Isaiah 43:1-7 (NKJV)

But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob,

And He who formed you, O Israel:

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;

I have called you by your name;

You are Mine.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;

And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.

When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,

Nor shall the flame scorch you.

For I am the LORD your God,

The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;

I gave Egypt for your ransom,

Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

Since you were precious in My sight,

You have been honored,

And I have loved you;

Therefore I will give men for you,

And people for your life.

Fear not, for I am with you;

I will bring your descendants from the east,

And gather you from the west;

I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’

And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’

Bring My sons from afar,

And My daughters from the ends of the earth—

Everyone who is called by My name,

Whom I have created for My glory;

I have formed him, yes, I have made him.”

Now a brief history lesson.

1917- began the process of returning the Jews to the land that the Lord gave them. The Ottoman (Turkish Empire) ended and British Rule of the land of Israel had started.

1948- the Jews fought the Arabs to expel the Arabs and in May, 1948, Israel became a recognized nation by the League Of Nations now known as The United Nations.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia...

The Nakba.

The 1948 Palestinian exodus occurred when more than 700,000 Palestinian Arabs fled or were expelled from their homes, during the 1948 Palestine war. It was a central component of the fracturing, dispossession and displacement of Palestinian society, known as the Nakba (Arabic: نكبة, al-Nakbah, literally "disaster", "catastrophe", or "cataclysm"). Between 400 and 600 Palestinian villages were sacked during the war, while urban Palestine was almost entirely extinguished. The term "nakba" also refers to the period of war itself and events affecting Palestinians from December 1947 to January 1949.

1967- the Jews took Jerusalem from the Jordanians (a majority of Jordanians were "Palestinians").

Fast forward to today.

For the last few decades, the world has attempted to force Israel into an anti Bible, anti God, and untenable 2 state delusion. Yes. It's a delusion. It's a false belief to make Israel accept another state and share a capital when the Arabs sole goal is to expel Isreal out of the land entirely.

But you have a problem.

God.

Now let's look at the situations on the American college campuses. Jews are refused entry into these campuses all across America. Antisemitism has increased exponentially. It's driven by an Haman ideology. Read the book of Esther. satan knew that the Lord would bring the Messiah through the nation of Israel.

So the demonic "solution" is to get rid of the entire Jewish nation.

It didn't work.

Why?

God.

satan knows the Scriptures.

But just because satan knows the Scriptures, he's powerless to stop what will and must happen.

Then WW 2 came and it was another opportunity to destroy the entire Jewish nation.

It didn't work.

Why?

God.

Isaiah 46:9-11 (NKJV)

"Remember the former things of old,

For I am God, and there is no other;

I am God, and there is none like Me,

Declaring the end from the beginning,

And from ancient times things that are not yet done,

Saying, My counsel shall stand,

And I will do all My pleasure,’

Calling a bird of prey from the east,

The man who executes My counsel, from a far country.

Indeed I have spoken it;

I will also bring it to pass.

I have purposed it;

I will also do it."

The Lord will accomplish everything that He set out to do and no one will stop Him because He's God and man is incapable.

The war with Hamas started because Hamas started it.

Year after year, they've attacked Israel with vicious terror attacks.

Today, Israel has been lied upon and attacked. They've had enough.

If Israel relents, Hamas will be emboldened to do worse than October 7th 2023.

But what's it really all about?

Remember the Hamas' operational name.

Al Aqsa Flood.

It's about the Dome of the Rock (which is a shrine, not a mosque) and the Al Aqsa Mosque which is on the south end of the Temple Mount.

Israel has already committed to build more settlements in Samaria and Judea. The more that the Jews build and Jews move in, the Palestinians will be displaced. In East Jerusalem, terror attacks have increased.

The Temple must be built but the one impediment that's there is the Dome of the Rock.

But why?

The Messiah will definitely manifest but not before the Lord pours His wrath on the world.

The whole purpose of the 2 state delusion is to prevent the Temple from being built and to prevent the Lord Jesus Christ (The Real Jewish Messiah) from coming and establishing His eternal kingdom for 1000 years. The Dome Of The Rock is there to prevent the Second Coming Of Christ.

Once the Jews commit to building the Temple, a false Messiah (Antichrist) will appear and then the worse will manifest.

Matthew 24:15-28 (NKJV) “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!

And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.

For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.

And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

See, I have told you beforehand.

“Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together."

So around the world anti Jewish activities are on the rise.

When Hamas is defeated completely, and this will take months, anything and everything after this, will be very interesting.
